How does it work?
OnePay has partnered with TransUnion®, one of the three major consumer credit bureaus, to give you free weekly updates in your app about your credit score. The credit score provided by OnePay is your VantageScore 4.0®.1 Several factors may impact your credit score, such as payment history, credit usage, credit age, recent credit, and available credit. With the OnePay app, you can stay up-to-date and learn what impacts your credit score.
How is a credit score calculated?
VantageScore 4.0® is a consumer credit score model that ranges from 300 to 850. It’s calculated using your credit report from TransUnion®, one of the three major credit bureaus.

How do I sign up for Credit Score?
If you are new to OnePay, you can get Credit Score for free by downloading OnePay and signing up through the app.
If you currently bank through OnePay, you’ll see the option to enable Credit Score under the Discover More section in the OnePay app.
What is a good credit score?
What is considered a “Good” VantageScore 4.0® credit score is anything between 661 and 720, while anything from 721 to 850 is considered “Excellent.”

What do I need in order to sign up?
To sign up for Credit Score, you must be at least 18 years old, have a U.S. based physical residential address and mobile phone number, and have a Social Security number. We do not accept ITIN.
In order to sign up, you’ll need to provide your full legal name, U.S. physical address, date of birth, Social Security number, mobile phone number, email address.
Does checking your credit score lower it?
No, using Credit Score to monitor your credit in the OnePay app will not affect your credit score.
Is there a fee to view my credit score?
No, OnePay provides Credit Score for free.
Is OnePay Credit Score the same as One Credit Score?
Yes! OnePay Credit Score was formerly named One Credit Score.
